I have several 35mm pics and their negatives but now want to possibly transfer them to a digital camera to upload onto my laptop . So am i just stuck with the 35mm or is it possible to transfer em to digital .

There are a number of methods to scan your negatives.
The cheapest way, is to set up your camera. Goggle and youtube search on how to scan negatives.
1. Prepare a backlight.
2. Ideally set up a tripod.
3. if you have a negative creative filter, you can use it.
4. Use the macro function or a macro lens to take the picture of the negative.
5. Photoshop. Minor edits to make usable pictures. Basics should include, curves, crop, spot checking.

Alternatives.
A. Get a dedicated film scanner that is readily available from companies like canon and epson.
B. Pay someone else to do it. There are many photolabs that does it.

I have some pictures on my computer that I need to transfer to my digital camera so i can send it to my lawyer.

I tried dragging the pictures into my digital camera folder, but when i check the picture library on my camera the pictures don't show up even though they are in the folder.

If I get my camera developed, will the pictures that i dragged into its memory folder also get developed, or since its not showing in the library it wont?

And if it doesn,t how do i do it if i even can?

This is a very confusing question. If you have a digital camera, you dont get the pictures developed thats only film. So you can pick and choose which ones you print by using an online service or by bringing a cd of the shots to wallmart or some place that will print them. If you want to keep the pictures private for some reason I suggest you print them out yourself. Otherwise online services like mpix.com print for very cheap.

I just brought a new digital camera.I figured out how to take pictures but i can't upload them to the internet.All it come with was the camera and the USB jack and i hooked it in the back and hooked it to the camera but nothing happens.Then i went to install cameras on the computer but it didn't have anything for an "Olympus D-55 Zoom Inagelink" so can somebody plese help me and tell me what to do thanks.

Well let start this way do you have any photo studios or photo gallerys if so open them up and you should find a option to upload pics from digital camera. If not then you need to buy one or download one from download.com they have some freeware photo studios for free then you will be able to download your digital pics.
