Heico NH-5 Non-Hardening Fixer for Black & White Film and Paper, 1 Gallon, Makes 4 Gallons

The first stable, ready-to-use photographic rapid fixing agent, NH-5 is available with or without hardener. NH-5 with hardener is a two component fixer. Part A contains the fixing agent and other components. Part B contains the hardening agent. The photographer who wishes to regulate the hardener himself should use NH-5 with hardener. NH-5 without hardener is the most economical choice. One gallon of NH-5 at film dilution will process on an average, 100 - 8 x 10 films or plates or approxiamately 100 -120 rolls of film. One gallon at print dilution will process approxiamately 100 - 8x10 prints.

Sprint Quicksilver Black & White Print Paper Developer 4 Liter

Sprint Quicksilver Black & White Print Paper Developer 4 Liter

An economical, high-capacity developer for b&w prints with neutral tones. QUICKSILVER does not contain metol which can cause skin rashes. The developing agent in QUICKSILVER is pyrazolidone-hydroquinone, which permits very accurate control of print density, contrast, and color.Quicksilver gives b&w print tones a distinctive neutral color which does not vary from highlight to shadow (unlike Dimezone solutions) nor with development time (unlike metol-hydroquinone solutions). QUICKSILVER gives warm-tone papers a more neutral color than other developers.QUICKSILVER develops all image tones at a constant rate. Therefore overall print density increases with development, but contrast (the relative difference between highlight and shadow density) does not vary. Overall density may be controlled by exposure and/or development. Color and contrast are determined only by the type of paper and grade or filtration.
